corner, Tor moved into his path.
Cashmere was coming so fast he
plowed through Tor like he wasn’t
even there, sending him rolling.
That was it. Tor had had enough.
He struggled back up and moved in
like he was going for the kill. He
smashed his way through the mares
and threw himself against Cashmere.
Cashmere seemed unfazed. But then
Tor rose on his back feet, and, like a
boxer, struck out with a hoof,
catching Cashmere in the nose.
Cashmere was surprised and
backed up. Tor seemed to feel he had
this newcomer on the ropes and rose
again, striking Cashmere in the face
once more. But Cashmere still
seemed reluctant to fight.
