thinking only about dance class, I
turned one doorway too early.
Those behind were following me,
and we all crashed into the wall
just inside the girls’ dressing room.
We quickly unpiled and
scrambled out, but as my
teammates started to tease me, I
knew I would never hear the end of
it.
“Hey, Johnson,” Tim yelled
through his panting, “When we’re
done running, remember that the
men’s athletic dressing room is
downstairs.”
