I dedicate this book to my

daughter Clarissa. She enjoyed a

couple of years of ballroom

dancing, and I am proud of her. As

I watched her, the good and

challenging memories of almost

forty years earlier when I

accidentally signed into a dance

class and ended up competing in

the International Ballroom

Championship filled my mind.
