     This is a little tool I created for anyone to use to calculate a basic idea of mortgages and amortorization. To use this tool change the items desired. You can have it calculate the number of years based on the payment or the amount of the payment dependent on the number of years. Just click which one you want calculated. This tool will show you up to thirty years of your payment schedule. (You may have to click the Calculate button twice to get it to change correctly.)

      You may notice that you can either have it calculate the years based on the payment, or the payment based on the years.
